  Do you have the mobile app versions of the web application?
Yes, we will only have this for the drivers. But the admin will only be able to access the backend via a laptop or a PC.

  How does the system handle time tracking and attendance?
The drivers have the GPS location enabled on the app so that we can track their sign-in and sign-out location. We also have time stamps on the sign-in and sign-out times.

  How is support provided if needed?
We have a 24/7 chat option and also an incident report escalation. Once an incident or issue is raised, we have a member of our team get in touch almost immediately to attend and ensure the issue is resolved.

 Is the system customisable to suit our specific needs?
There are some customisable features that will suit your needs. For example, you can select your own currency, you can edit your email notification templates and you can also edit your walkaround check questions.

 How does the scheduling work?
It's simple, there is an excel template in the system. Once the manager creates the schedule outside of the system, the manager transfers the schedule into the template and the template is uploaded. Once upload is done, teh schedule is ready. The driver impacted will get email notifications on their schedule and also reminders closer to the time of their schedule.

Security is a top priority for us. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA.
